Privacy Policy
Short version: checkout and payments happen on Gumroad, and a few small preferences live in your own browser.
Who We Are
Stream UI .fun (streamui.fun) designs and sells digital stream assets: chat widgets, goal widgets, stickers, overlays and transition videos. Questions about this policy: [email protected].
Purchases: Gumroad Is The Merchant Of Record
When you buy, checkout happens on Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. Gumroad collects and processes your name, email address, payment and billing details under its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab). We never see or store your full card number.
Gumroad shares the order details sellers need with us (such as your email address, what you bought, the price paid and your country) so we can deliver files, help with setup and process refunds.
What We Store In Your Browser
The site uses your browser's local storage for a few conveniences. These preference values stay on your device, are never sent to us, and you can clear them anytime in your browser settings. This is the complete list of our preference keys; advertising cookies are covered below:
| Key | What it remembers |
|---|---|
sui:code | The discount code you unlocked or arrived with (for example SQUAD10), so every I WANT THIS button applies it. |
sui:popup | When you last saw the .fun Squad popup, or that you already joined, so we don't ask again. |
sui:recent | The product pages you viewed recently, for the “Recently viewed” row on product pages. |
sui:lastCollection | The last collection page you browsed, so the back link on a product page returns you there. |
sui:popup-session | That the .fun Squad popup already showed during this visit. Kept in sessionStorage, so it clears when you close the tab. |
sui:design:icon-view | Whether you picked the tiles or details view in the icon catalog on our Design page. |
Advertising Pixels
We currently use only the Reddit Pixel, on our Halloween bundle page. It sends events to Reddit when that page loads and when you click its purchase button to open Gumroad checkout, helping us measure visits and checkout interest from our Reddit ads and improve our campaigns. A purchase-button click does not tell us whether you completed a payment.
Reddit may receive the page URL, referrer, IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, and page or product metadata. The pixel may set or read cookies to match a visit with an ad interaction. Reddit may also use information it receives to personalize advertising, depending on your settings and region.
Read Reddit's Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) for its handling of this information. You can manage available advertising preferences in Reddit's privacy settings (opens in a new tab); Reddit explains these options in its advertising controls guide (opens in a new tab). You can also use your browser's privacy controls or a content blocker to restrict cookies and tracking scripts.
Hosting, Bot Checks & Email
This site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and block attacks, under its privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
When you use a .fun Squad signup form, we load Cloudflare Turnstile from challenges.cloudflare.com. It checks signals from your browser to tell people from bots, usually without asking you anything, and Cloudflare doesn't use it for advertising. It only loads once you click into or submit a signup form. Details: Turnstile privacy addendum (opens in a new tab).
Emails you send to [email protected] are forwarded to our inbox by Cloudflare Email Routing, which doesn't store their content.
Support Conversations
If you email us or ask the setup crew on Discord, we use what you send (including your Gumroad receipt) only to help you. Messages on Discord are also covered by Discord's own privacy policy.
How Long We Keep It
We keep order records for as long as we need them for support, refunds, tax and accounting, and support emails for up to 24 months. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your Choices & Rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, laws such as Canada's PIPEDA or the EU GDPR may give you further rights.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Buyers must meet Gumroad's own age requirements.
Changes To This Policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
