Your Licence, Explained

1. Definitions

“Stream UI .fun”, “we” and “us” mean the seller of the Product through our Gumroad store. “Product” means the digital files you bought from us (widgets, overlays, stickers, transition videos, source files and their documentation), including any updates. “You” means the individual named on the Gumroad purchase. “Your Channels” means the streaming, video and social accounts that you personally own and control.

2. Grant

When your payment is complete, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install, display and modify the Product on Your Channels, including monetized live streams, VODs, clips, highlights, uploads and social posts. Your moderators and editors may install and adjust the Product on Your Channels on your behalf.

3. Restrictions

You may not: (a) resell, share, sublicense, upload or otherwise redistribute the Product or any edited version of it; (b) install or use the Product on channels you do not own, including a client's or a friend's channel; (c) include the Product, in whole or in part, in any template, pack, theme or product that you sell or give away; (d) use the Product or any part of it in a logo, trademark or service mark; (e) use the Product to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, or use it as or in an NFT; (f) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt or otherwise attempt to extract the source code, internal logic, file formats or protocols of the Product or of any software or service we provide, including the Stream UI Fun Studio desktop app, our website and its APIs, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction; (g) modify, adapt, translate or build on the Product in order to sell, license or give away a derivative product, or sell any product that copies the Product's design, features or code; (h) ask, prompt or direct any artificial-intelligence tool, model or service, or any other person, to recreate, clone or build a product that is the same as or substantially similar to the Product, including by giving it the Product's files, code, screenshots or previews. Edits you make for use on Your Channels under section 2 remain allowed. Using the Product across several talent channels (teams, agencies and organizations) requires a separate team licence.

4. Ownership

We and our licensors keep all intellectual-property rights in the Product. This licence does not transfer ownership. Fonts, platform names and logos that appear in previews or source files belong to their owners and may be subject to their own licences.

5. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach it, and it ends for any Product that is refunded. When it ends, stop using the Product and delete every copy. Sections 3, 4, 6 and 7 survive termination.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Apart from the Stream-Ready Promise described in our Refund Policy, the Product is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Third-party apps and platforms such as OBS Studio, Streamlabs, StreamElements, Twitch, YouTube, Kick and TikTok can change at any time; we will update Products when we reasonably can.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost revenue, viewers or data.

8. Governing Law

This licence is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in it limits consumer rights you have where you live. Questions: [email protected].
